Summer of 2023 Lavender Honey Vintage is smooth on the palette. We had a hot June and cooler rainier August this year. So bees got to stay on the lavender through September.
Do not feed to honey to infants 1 year old or younger. Since it is raw and unfiltered, our honey may crystalize before you finish enjoying it. If so, simply warm slowly in sauce pan of water until it returns to liquid state.
Lavender Essential Oil is a highly concentrated product. Do not use if allergic. Keep out of reach of children. Always dilute before applying directly to skin. Glass bottle is fragile...handle with care. Produced August 2023. About 1 year shelf life. Please discard if smell changes as could be sign of contamination.
